There was no cleanliness in this bus. My seat was very dirty. Keep the bus clean. Then customers will increase.

Bus failed in mid journey. The second bus arranged did not have seating as it was already full. I had to sit in a pile of other passengers' footwear. Staff was unprofessional, rude and arrogant. They gave me the choice to sit in the pile of footwear or stay stranded on the roadside in the middle of nowhere. They were ready to leave. You need to take action against this bus operator.
