You promised your customers a comfortable and hassle-free journey, but my experience was completely different. Despite booking an AC bus, the AC was not working. Passengers were sleeping in the walking aisle, leaving no space to move. How were we supposed to get off the bus to use the washroom, especially when travelling with children. Every time I travelled with your service, there was always some problem. Even after my last terrible experience, I gave your service another chance, but I was extremely disappointed once again. This was unacceptable and showed a lack of proper management and concern for passenger comfort. I expected you to take this complaint seriously, investigate the matter, and provide a proper resolution. Please stop making promises of a comfortable journey if you could not deliver the service customers had paid for. Very disappointed with your service.

Only AC is slow, remaining everything is good.

Booked sleeper provided sitting with no choice for me at 10 pm at night. I travelled as it was.

Terrible experience. Drunk staff in the bus. Not in time. And many more reasons not to travel by this bus.

I had clearly communicated my onboarding point in advance, but the bus proceeded without picking me up. I arrived there around 4 hours prior. I understood that there was heavy traffic, especially on a busy day, but that did not justify leaving a customer behind without even informing or checking with them. I was ultimately forced to take a private rickshaw to reach the bus, which caused additional expense and unnecessary mental stress. also, I was dropped around 3 km away from my designated dropping point, with the explanation that the bus could not go there due to a roadblock. I understood that unexpected situations and traffic issues could occur, and I also understood that the bus service might not always be able to control such circumstances. however, the basic expectation was proper communication and realistic commitments. please did not overpromise and underdeliver. if there was a genuine operational issue, simply communicated it clearly and in advance so customers could make the necessary arrangements.

Worst travel. No cleaning. Staff not good. Only time pass.

Bus not on time. Dinner not on time. Location not correct and drop time not proper.

Zero facility available in the bus. No AC. No charging points. Not available at the pickup point. Not on time.

Need sleeper seats to Badlapur to Solapur.

AC was not there, ticket prices were so high and there was no proper halt for food and no clean washroom break for women passengers.
