Extremely poor travel experience, and I was highly disappointed with the bus service. My overall experience with this bus journey was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The bus was scheduled to depart from Mumbai Borivali at 1:30 PM, but it arrived late. The problems started right from the beginning of the journey. At around 4:50 PM, when the bus stopped for the first time, its tyre got punctured. We had to wait there for hours, and the tyre repair was completed only around 8:00 PM. After such a long delay, the bus finally started again. While travelling towards Ahmedabad at approximately 78–79 km/h, the bus tyre burst again, creating further delays and inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was not the end of the problems. The bus experienced several more technical issues and breakdowns throughout the journey. The most disappointing part was the arrival time. The scheduled drop-off time at Sumerpur was 6:30 AM, but I was finally dropped off around 6:30 PM, which was almost 12 hours later than the promised time. This was not just a minor delay, and it was an exhausting and stressful journey that completely disturbed my plans. The repeated tyre problems and breakdowns raised serious concerns about the vehicle's maintenance and reliability. As a passenger, I expected a safe, comfortable, and timely journey, but the service was far below my expectations. I understood that unexpected technical problems could happen, but such repeated breakdowns and an almost 12 hours delay were unacceptable. The bus operator should had ensured proper vehicle maintenance before starting a long-distance journey and provided passengers with timely updates and appropriate assistance when problems occurred. I was extremely dissatisfied with this service, and I requested an investigation into this incident and appropriate action against the bus operator. Based on my experience, I could not recommend this bus service to anyone.

Bus came late, departed me at a place not discussed.

The pickup time was 1:20 PM, but the bus arrived at 2:00 PM. The drop time was 10:50 PM, but I was still stuck on the bus until 1:00 AM. On top of that, they took way too many unnecessary stops and easily spent 20–35 minutes at a single stop. They provided a charging point but said it would only work at night. After they finally turned it on, they shut it off midway.
