Very poor experience and definitely not value for money. You charge around XXXXX for a journey of approximately 350 km, but the service does not justify the price at all. The bus was scheduled to reach by 7:30 am, but it still hasn’t reached and will take more than an hour. The bus itself was also late. Seats are not clean or hygienic, local passengers are being accommodated, and their presence often disturbs the privacy of other passengers. For XXXXX, I expected much better punctuality, cleanliness, comfort and overall service. Definitely not worth the money.

The seating was quite uncomfortable, and I found the staff's behavior rather disappointing. Furthermore, the air conditioning remained inadequate for the entire duration of the trip.
