The window was shattered on my seat. I noticed just a piece of paper was applied, which made the whole journey very noisy. Please fix the windows. When we pay the amount, the passenger deserves to travel peacefully.

Charging points were not working. They stopped in the middle of the market for 5 to 8 minutes in Nagaon and allowed trans and channa wala to enter the bus, which was a complete disturbance for passengers. Most importantly, the drivers and conductor did not have ILP, so we had to wait at Hollongi gate for more than 10 to 15 minutes around 3am at the Assam/Arunachal boundary. When you are doing business in other states, you should know what is required.

I got off the bus but I forgot my cap inside. I told the conductor that my cap was inside, but nobody opened the door or got the cap for me, and the bus drove away.
