The seats are not comfortable, and the distance between two seats is too short. There is not enough legroom, making it difficult to sit comfortably. Although an AC switch is provided, the AC vents are not properly adjustable. The airflow continuously blows directly onto the passenger, causing discomfort.

Make my trip is seriously a third class platform for travel partner. Travels changed bus three times before travelling. There is no live tracking. No lights and charging slots. Third class experience with make my trip.

The vehicle's AC was not working, and it arrived very slowly—not at the expected time. The seating was uncomfortable, and the vehicle stopped at places other than the designated stops; it was a very bad experience.
