driver told me to never come again on th bus ,since I made complaint regarding someone seating on my bus. bus is meant for offline booking don't book by redbus, it doesn't have quality which red bus provides

Live tracking did not work properly. After Chhindwara, the bus did not stop at any hygienic place for a washroom. Seat cover/bed sheet was not provided like other AC buses.
