1 hr 45 min late than actual boarding time, I was standing on the road during this time. Timing not communicated properly; staff not speaking properly on phone, they disconnect the phone while running. Staff behavior was not good.

Staff is behaving very rude. When we asked to stop the bus for washroom, they denied and said we will stop the bus at hotel, not anywhere. They used very rude language.
