AC was not working at all. Despite raising the complaint over the call, no action was taken. On top of all these, they were taking passengers despite the bus being full and AC not working. Those passengers were sitting on the floor. Very poor management from Red Bus themselves. I will never recommend Travels in my life to anyone.

1) Terrible behaviour of the bus driver, he was speaking very arrogantly and fighting with customers. 2) They have fixed dining places run by the same owner who owns the buses and there everything is overpriced! 2 rotis and 1 tadka costs XXX rupees!
