Very poor internet experience using this bus. It was late by 1 hour. Driver was very rude. AC was not functioning properly. Bus condition was very bad. Experienced too much jerking.

No one should book tickets online for this bus , because it runs very slow, driving skills also very bad and AC quality is very bad, also another reason that online shows only 6 hours but the bus arrived in 11 hours, no traffic was going or no road was bad,.

This bus condition is not good. Very noisy. Seats are also not comfortable. The bus often reaches stoppage very late. Moreover, the bus staff often picks up short distance passengers like city bus.

Waste of time and improper timing of lunch 3pm at Jakhalabandha instead bus can wait for lunch at 1.30pm at Bokakhat which was suitable time for lunch.. Only for commission and free lunch bus driver and all did it
