Experience is not that good compared to earlier when I travelled with Shivam Bus. Issue with cleanliness - bad odour with blanket and mattress is also very dirty. Curtain is not available which is very odd as I travelled with my family. Side ambiance light was on for the whole night.

late by 2.30 hrs departure at diffrent place which is not mentioned on the online ticket and departure place outside the city which causes transport issue with luggage ...

On running time, bus stops take 1 to 2 hours in single stops and delayed by 2:30 hours. I will never book next time. Worst time management. Bus operator please check. I have given you zero rating on timing.

Bus delayed and not arrived at star sqare which is the arriving point and not departure at right place which is mention on the online plateform and ask for extra for luggage which is only 50kg packet and I have 2 sleeper reservation and I don't have any other luggage.
