Kindly provide some substantial snacks that can satisfy passengers’ hunger. A more filling and nutritious snack would greatly improve the travel experience. The interior and exterior look excellent, giving the bus a premium and comfortable feel.

The bus reached its destination Ranchi delayed by 3.5 hrs at around 10 am. Also, rest stop food was not hygienic.

As per Make My Trip in booking, it is showing AC seater 2 2 and I booked. But in actual, it is not an AC bus during the travel time. The service is horrible. When I asked for the same, I have not got a satisfied reply from the staff. I suggest every passenger not to book from this service and kindly remove this kind of service from your booking site. It really harasses passengers who travel long distances like me. Very horrible service.
