One of the worst travel experiences of my life. The bus was delayed by 2 hours and 30 minutes, and it kept stopping in the middle of the journey for no valid reason, wasting the valuable time of all the passengers. Extremely disappointing and frustrating service.

Harsh behaviour from drivers and owner. Bus got 3 hours delay and waiting on road 3 hours of asking. No clear response from drivers and owner. They are not listening to what customer is speaking and they are making dissatisfaction. They did not turn off the lights at berth. Way of interaction with customers is not in the good way. I thought this was a good service bus I have ever seen but this is the 3rd kind of issue I'm facing from this travel. If red bus platform is genuine, please change the service into good way. I faced terrible experience in this trip.
