The driver and staff exceeded expectations. The bus arrived a bit late at the starting point due to traffic, but Firoj chacha kept everyone in the loop. Still, the bus managed to reach the final destination before time. Only the charging point for mobile was not active and available due to some inverter issue.

Bus was one hour late and we were supposed to reach our destination by 6:30 but it will take another hour plus. Not comfortable. Light is not working on our assigned seat.

Bus is comfy but it arrived 2.5 hrs late with attendant giving wrong info and trip has taken more than 12 hours. We are still in the bus.

The bus had good interior, but the speed control on the road was poor. Wherever he needed to reduce speed, he didn't. It was similar throughout the journey. Seven to eight times the bus jolted.

We had a very bad experience. I arrived at the designated spot at the time I was told to be there. After that, no bus arrived for an hour. Then, we were sent on a different bus.
