The driver was not picking up our call even though we called him several times. There was no bus number on the ticket, so we could not find any bus. By luck, at the end, we found it. When we asked the driver why he did not pick up our call, he started arguing with us.

The bus was facing some technical problems because of which it was late more than 2:30 hours. Because of which I didn't even travel with that bus.
