The bus's boarding point was suddenly changed, and upon arrival there, we boarded the bus. No water service was provided. Although the bus was empty, random people were picked up who talked loudly amongst themselves and created chaos. When the bus reached Berhampore, instead of entering the town, it dropped us off on the Berhampore bypass at 3:30 AM. The staff lied, claiming there was a no-entry restriction, which is untrue as entry is allowed at all times, leaving me and my wife alone on a highway in the middle of the night. This was very bad behavior.

Bus broke down in the middle and had to change buses to a non-ac one. The journey was delayed by nine hours.

The bus was supposed to reach Barasat at 9.45 pm but was late by 2 hrs due to some road congestion. Everything was good except the rest stop hygiene at Dalkhola was very poor. Staff behavior, sleep comfort, AC, and driving were all up to the mark. The rest of the journey was superb except the boarding point delay. Reached destination point at 10.15 am.

Terrible, there is no space for legs. Bus departed late after 09.30 pm from Babughat. When I asked the bus staff, they behaved very rudely and told me to give a negative rating, they didn't care. Don't go through this bus, there are several other options available.

The worst travel of my life. It is 6:33 and the bus was supposed to reach at 5:30 and it's still not reached. The seats were very uncomfortable and there was not even water provided. Will never travel from this bus again.
