We were supposed to arrive 4am in the morning. And now it looks like it'll take until 3/4pm in the evening. That's a whole twelve hours difference. Plus they stop at random places where there's no food or tiffin services. In over 20 hours of travelling, they stopped at one hotel that too early in the morning around 5am. I'm missing my important schedules.

Worst bus I had ever travelled in. Broken seats, tire replaced, brake shoe is broken halfway. Rough driving, third class staff behavior, 2 hours late in pickup, and we had to face other issues also. Both serial buses are (bahl gari). My rating is actually minus 5. And one more thing, bus staff checked luggage without any authorization.

One of the drivers was misbehaving with a girl from the bus and she is the only girl in that bus.

The worst experience ever The seats are full of dirt. And didn't even listen to passengers about the stop for washroom. The main thing is they denied us use of the charging port after 10 am. When I requested to turn on the charging port line, they straight up said, "Why do you need it all the time? We give access from boarding till evening, isn't that enough?" Because of that, I ran out of charge and couldn't do any transactions as I didn't carry cash at that time. (Rash drivers).

Staff was very rude. I asked for charging, he responded very rudely, and there was no charging available. Charging points were not working. The bus took rest stops at very cheap hotels. Both driver and staff behavior were so pathetic and rude. I wonder why people would choose to go on this bus. Bus condition was subpar too. One of the worst travelling experiences of my life.

Live tracking is fake. It all the time shows at Lokhra, Guwahati. The bus number provided doesn't match with the actual bus. Punctuality is very poor. The arrival time was 9 am, till now not reached at 11 am. Will reach by 12 may be.
