I am extremely disappointed with your service. I booked a bus ticket from Jaipur to Agra, but the bus dropped me at Mathura, and I was asked to change to a Uttar Pradesh Roadways bus to reach Agra.

Considering that the bus was 3 hours late and I had to talk to customer care 3 times to initiate for a refund and couldn’t live track the bus.

It’s 6.20 am and I am still in the bus while I was supposed to be at Mathura at 3.45. The bus is in very bad condition and they asked me not to put luggage in the below container. The seats are not clean and stinky. There is no white bedsheet and overall it’s very, very bad. Another 40 minutes is showing to reach.

Lower level from Third Grade, too much stopage for pickup and drop material, bad atmosphere of bus, misbehave by staff, no punchuality for timing. Advise to not use this company's bus.

That was worst experience. They provided even the seat was not reclining and when I complained to Red Bus, they were also not showing any responsibility in that. Bus was old, damaged, even AC vent was not properly working. Don't book these bus.

Emergency gate not clear and water bottle not provided by bus staff. Local passengers lifted the bus, so bus was late. Seat not comfortable, torn seat covers.
