Bus was delayed by more than 1 hour, and when I called to inquire, the staff member argued with me unprofessionally. I expect management to address this poor customer service and improve punctuality. Bus tracking is also not good.

First of all driver needs to learn how to behave to customer, when I am get off BMTC city bus and called him where is our bus he said near to Bar and after again I called him for confirmation this is our bus or not at the time he spoken with me harshly. He doesn't have common sense how to talk with customer.
