Bus was 1.5 hour late. Live tracking is unavailable and they had luggage parcels in their corridor which made it difficult to come in and out, and covered their emergency gate with cardboard parcels that made the emergency gate inaccessible in any emergency. Driving and staff behavior was good.

My destination was at Kashmiri Gate but the bus stopped at Botanical Garden, the driver told us some RTO kind of rules and manipulated us that the bus would not go further. This isn't expected from those bus providers who have a good market reputation.

Bus dropped us at Jaipur at 7:00 and then after 9 from another bus we departed to Ringas. Very poor and disappointing.
