I had booked a 2 2 seater-sleeper bus through booking platform, but the bus that arrived was a completely different 2 3 seater bus with no sleeper seats at all. I specifically booked the 2 2 seater-sleeper because I had travelled on the same service last time and the experience was good. However, today the bus provided was extremely unhygienic and dirty, very poorly maintained, and completely uncomfortable. This is not what I booked or paid for, and the bus was completely different from what was shown at the time of booking. I request you to please look into this matter and provide an appropriate refund or resolution.

Plz show proper bus detail. 3.50 pm bus is a seater bus and 5.40/50 pm bus is seater plus sleeper, whereas bus operator is running sleeper bus in seater bus timing. It should be changed for proper booking.

I booked an AC sleeper seat but when I entered there were no sleeper seats. The bus was filthy, dirty, and too old. I instantly deboarded the bus and changed the bus. The operator is fooling the customers. There was no sleeper bus and no AC.
