Extremely poor bus service – a complete waste of money. The bus experience was terrible. The bus kept stopping repeatedly, which made the journey very uncomfortable. There were no curtains on our seats, and even after complaining, the staff did not respond or take any action. The lights were shining directly into our eyes, making it impossible to sleep properly. The AC was also not working properly, and the staff’s behaviour and service were disappointing. Overall, the bus was poorly maintained, the service was unsatisfactory, and the staff were unprofessional. I would not recommend this bus to anyone. It was a complete waste of money.
