Damaged charging socket, no blankets, no bed sheets, no pillows, no water bottles and the staff was adding more passengers without tickets for their own benefits.

This was my first journey with Sharad Travels, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst travel experience I have ever had. At around 2:30 AM, the bus broke down on the Agra–Gwalior highway and failed to start despite multiple attempts by the driver. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of communication from the bus operator. No alternative transportation was arranged, no clear updates were provided, and none of the passengers were informed about the next course of action. Everyone was left stranded on the highway without any proper assistance. As I had no other option, I had to arrange another bus at my own expense to complete my journey. To make matters worse, I have not received any refund for the unused portion of my ticket. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Sharad Travels if they expect reliable service and proper customer support.
