Travels contact number of person was not picking up the call for the full day and bus departure time for updating the bus status not responding to WhatsApp call and message. Very difficult to find bus at the pickup due to late arrival.

When for this trip I had paid, the conductor again told me to pay. When I showed the ticket, he still was not able to understand and argued with me for payment. So it was a bad experience for me.

I wanted to complain about the conductor’s behavior and the seat issue. Our seat was supposed to be in the front, but the conductor was asking the passenger sitting in front of us to move or adjust their seat and was telling both of us to fight among ourselves. Instead of resolving the issue, the conductor was creating an argument between the passengers. We had paid the full fare for our seats, and we expected proper service and the seat we booked. If the seat was not provided properly, then why were passengers being charged the full amount? Please looked into this matter and provide a proper solution. If my complaint was not resolved, I would take this matter further and file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. Please took necessary action against the conductor.

It's better if you provide water bottle and blanket also because as I travel I saw all the buses are given water bottle and blanket also but first time I saw in this bus that both are not available so I requested please provide the same apart from that everything fine.
