Amateur attitude towards problems. Chose to be stranded for 3.5 hours after minor brush with other vehicle bargaining for XXXXX. When passenger seat price was 4k. Owner or manager chose to drive at site of incident to handle matter wasting 2 hours without any progress in settling of matter. Should have settled matter quickly for sake of passengers. No SOP to staff on how to handle routine low stakes situation despite being in business for years.

Do not book the last lower seats, there is panel portruding into the seat which doesn't let average height sleep properly. Aslo did not stop at my stop, said that stop did not exist, i had to take a cab back to my stop
