The AC was on for the initial few minutes, then the driver turned off the AC. When I asked to turn it on, he refused and said "Open the window."

Very disappointed with the service. I booked a bus scheduled to arrive at 11:00 pm, but it arrived around 1:00 am, which is a 2-hour delay. There was no proper communication or update regarding the delay. When I tried calling the bus driver for an update, he did not answer my calls. On top of this, the staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing. I expected much better time management, communication, and customer service. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
