The pickup location mentioned in the app was about 2 km away from the actual pickup point. The side window could not be opened, and the journey was delayed by 2 hours. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The bus was already late; it was supposed to arrive at 7:10 p.m. at Kelambakkam bus stand but arrived at 7:45 p.m. Chennai traffic was terrible, which caused the delay. There were 30 passengers on the bus, and each passenger carried a trolley. The driver told us he couldn't accommodate all the trolleys because he was already carrying some extra luggage from his own business. So, we were forced to keep our luggage on our seats, where there was hardly any space. Next, the driver was very rude. When we arrived at Nagercoil, he told us that he wouldn't be going through Marthandam, so he couldn't drop us off there because he had some business to attend to and would be taking another route. Half of the passengers were again forced to take another bus from Nagercoil to reach their destination. Please, I can't even sleep comfortably after this. This was such a worst experience. Please do something about it.

Very worst experience with bus! The bus broke down twice, at Kovilpatti and another stop, with no alternative bus provided. After long waiting, I had to book another bus to reach Chennai, and no refund was given. Very poor service!
