Had a comfortable journey. Due to festival traffic jam the bus came 15 mins late to my boarding point. But live tracking feature was very helpful. They provided snacks too. No other operator provides snacks on Bidar route. Best experience.

I will recommend closing the bus travel agency. The worst ever seen. You guys should learn from VRL travel agency about timing and comfortability.

Worst service ever experienced. I was late by 10 mins due to traffic and the driver asked me to share live location. Even after sharing, he could not wait and did not answer my call.
