At least park the bus inside the ISBT in a bay... it was like a line bus outside the ISBT.

Rest stop must be as soon as possible and staff should offer at least 20 minutes for having food 10 minutes is not enough.

The bus was supposed to go to Bongaigaon but instead they stopped in the middle and made us change the bus which was not worth the ticket. Changing bus in the middle is highly disappointing.

The bus was slow. The destination was expected at 7 PM but it was reached at 8:10 PM. When other passengers asked why the driving was so slow, the staff said that the bus sensors were not working.
