Very Bad Experience with Bus Operator. I had a very bad experience with operator. The seats are uncomfortable and have caused back pain and neck pain. The seat push-back (reclining) mechanism is also not working properly. Additionally, unwanted noises are coming from the side windows, making it difficult to sleep comfortably during the journey. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and comfort provided. Please upgrade and properly maintain the bus before operating it for passenger journeys. Passengers deserve a comfortable and peaceful travel experience.
