Totally different bus in app shows different bus in direct different bus. Seats and everything is faulty and damaged. Especially staff are too aggressive and did not respond well. Worst behaviour.

I'm waiting more than 1/2 hour in the near KFC restaurant but bus didn't arrive after 15 minutes bus driver contact me and told to we will wait on next stop and come to bus what type of response and behaviour? very terrible journey.
