1. They didn't come to the boarding point which they listed. 2. They didn't drop at the selected drop point. 3. Staff are very rude to passengers, at least water bottles were not provided. 4. Rest stop not given once in 3 or 4 hours.

Everything is terrible and one of the worst bus travel experiences. 1. Bus was late to destination by almost 4 hours. 2. Did not stop for rest stop/washroom. 3. Not very tidy.

I can’t seen before this type of wrost bus ..1st staff behaviour not good and bus inside numbering also not properly mentioned ,AC not working and charging ports are broken wires ..,I never suggest this bus to anyone please take action on this bus team My rating for this bus is below one.

Worst maintenance. Worst management. Everything worst. Bad experience in my whole bus journey. Don't book this travels anymore. No A/C. No seat numbers. No blankets. No water bottles. Old bus. Totally full harassment and worst journey.

This is the worst bus journey I had. Too worst bus not following proper timing and staff behaviour is not good. Bus is full of mosquitos and all passengers complained but they did not even listen to what we said and seats were not good, full eaten by rats. Horrible for seeing. Too worst bus.
