My drop was at Madiwala, however, they dropped me in Electronic City taking Nice Road. Staff was rude when asked about this. Very bad experience.

I had a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this service to anyone. I booked a bus from Iritty to Mysuru, scheduled to depart at 10:00 am and arrive at 1:00 pm. When I reached the boarding point in Iritty, I was informed that the bus was delayed by 30 minutes. However, the bus arrived only at 11:00 am and continued driving very slowly. I had another bus booked from Mysuru to the airport at 2:00 pm. Despite informing the staff about my connecting bus and the urgency of reaching Mysuru on time, the bus arrived at 3:30 pm. As a result, I missed my connecting bus, causing major inconvenience and ruining my entire day. To make matters worse, I had booked my drop-off location as Mysuru Bus Stand through the app, but the staff informed me that the bus would not go there and that I would be dropped at Manipal Hospital instead. If the bus does not go to Mysuru Bus Stand, why is that location mentioned as an option in the app? This is misleading and completely unacceptable. The delay, lack of proper communication, and incorrect drop-off information caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and resulted in a missed connection. I am extremely dissatisfied. Passengers have schedules to follow, and a bus service should respect their time and provide accurate information. I strongly urge the company to improve its punctuality, communication, and transparency regarding drop-off locations. I would not recommend this service based on this experience.

It was an amazing journey and driving. Staff behaviour was good.

Sleeper seat condition was very bad. Bus was jerking a lot and caused a lot of discomfort. The curtain rods were also falling off.

I could not get that bus due to bus breakdown. As per my understanding, bus reached Angamaly two and a half hours delayed. So I had to catch another bus since I had an emergency to reach due to a hospital case. Whenever I called them, they were not giving current information. They said they were on the way and having a problem with the bus tyre and needed to change it. If they had informed earlier about the expected delay of more than two hours, I could have booked another bus and reached the hospital as early as possible.

The bus was so punctual. And the staff behaviour was very good. Had a very good experience travelling.

Do not take it to Kozhikode during night time. They will stop on the highway bypass where you will not get any other auto or taxi to go to any other place.

Bus was delayed for almost an hour.

Please change the bedsheet in my bed. There was so much hair and dirt. Try to wash the blanket as well as the pillow.
