The bus stop every after 5 to 10 minutes, the bus driver was drunk and ran away which caused us to make it on time, and at last the bus broke, this was my first journey by bus, and got the experience of worst. Thank you.

Disgusting, just disgusting. So many stoppages. The vehicle broke down after reaching Kunarghat, and after that, they did not arrange another bus and did not give us a refund. Totally a wastage of money and time. The staff behavior was the worst.

Seat comfort, forget about comfort, so many load under the seat, also timing of the next level, forget about timing given, they will not receive call also so confusing.

Worse sleeper conditions. Drivers won't stop if passengers want to go to the washroom, but they will wait for hours to unload goods and make passengers wait. It reached Silchar very late.

The most pathetic journey ever I have experienced. We were asked to wait near a distant unsafe flyover for over 6 hours at night. The bus reached almost 12 am midnight instead of 6:35 pm. After that, the journey of unnecessarily long duration of 26 hours was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. Reached the next day at 1:30 am. They wasted my money, my time and gave me a traumatizing experience for a bus journey. I'll never have a bus journey from this operator in future.
