Staff didn't inform me in advance about my dropping point like other travels and because of that I had to face inconvenience and instead of accepting his mistake he blamed me and behaved very badly. I wouldn't travel again with this travel.

You guys scammer, first didn't take me to bus. it's my 2nd time journey completed but I was not in bus. I tried to cancel it also not happened and you scammer guys took money not even not respond.

Cleaning of the seats can be better. Also mobile charging points were not in operation.

The bus is so so old with very unhygienic mattress and all the doors were shattering, making noises all the way. Not worth travelling.
