After booking the ticket, at the time of boarding nobody is responding to the numbers provided by them.

The bus quality was very poor. The engine made excessive noise and failed during the journey, causing the bus to stop multiple times midway. As a result, we did not reach our destination on time. This was a very uncomfortable and disappointing travel experience. The travel company should properly maintain its buses and ensure passenger comfort. I strongly recommend avoiding this service. I will not book tickets with them again.

The driver appeared inexperienced and was driving very poorly throughout the journey. The bus was continuously swaying from side to side, making everyone uncomfortable and unable to sleep peacefully. He was also applying the brakes suddenly and making inappropriate or rough gear changes. The driving felt unsafe, and the entire journey was very uncomfortable and stressful. The driver should be properly trained and experienced before being assigned to drive passengers.
