Poor travel experience. There was no live tracking available, making it difficult to know the bus location and arrival time. A single driver was handling everything, including driving, passenger boarding, and drop coordination. As a result, the driver was unable to clearly communicate the drop-off points to passengers, causing confusion. Having one person manage all these responsibilities can also raise safety concerns. It would be better to have separate staff for passenger coordination and support to ensure a safer and more organized journey.

Huge delay and dropped us at 2.30 AM. Understood it was heavy traffic, but they could have avoided wasting a lot of time in rest stop.
