One of my worst experiences ever because I booked a bus on 7th Oct for 10th Oct journey from Esplanade to Digha. When we reached Esplanade bus stop on 10th, we found out the bus was cancelled. They didn't inform us after cancellation. When I called the bus operator, I found out that the bus was already cancelled.

No lights were turned on, seat could have been better, and rested for few minutes in Airport Gate 3, Dunlop & Mecheda.

They didn't call me for information and I didn't travel with Sarkar Travel today. It's a wrong update and I wasn't allowed to cancel even though the cancellation policy was met when I tried since this morning. Please note and confirm after realization of the cancellation amount.

The bus was not available and no travel was available at Esplanade bus stand. No one picked the call then after 30 mins I booked the bus from stand.
