Bus punctuality was good. However, I am very disappointed. All my clothes in my luggage got wet as my suitcase was kept in your storage. When the luggage was handed over, I noticed the entire baggage area was wet. On reaching the hotel, I checked and found all my clothes were wet. This is really bad.

They didn't drop me at the dropping point. They asked me to drop at Thane and gave me 50 rupees for the bus to go to Sion. I struggled with my luggage and I booked a taxi from Thane to Sion costing 500.

The bus staff misbehaved with the passenger. They didn't provide the amenities; they said we only provide blanket and that too they didn't provide. The bus stopped 6-7 km before the drop location and bus staff said - the bus will not go after here. Majorly the behaviour was terrible.
