They left us from our Boarding point. Before then I called 5 or more time to driver they kept saying we will be in 15 min, 5 minutes. After then We track the bus they already left us. Then I called them again and said If you don't pick up us we will complaint to the police. Then they return back to pick up us. There were to two Senior Advocate 84 year and 73 years with us And one of us was Gujarat Vidhan sabha Retired secretary. very very disappointing Why you do the business if you can't manage properly. check properly before adding this kind of agency and add some Rules that contacting the passenger before the boarding point and Keeping Map on. you should also confirm that passenger have seated on it place or not.
