Number one fake department driver and pick up van person, last stop at LB Nagar at 6:30. They did not even call until I called them. The sleeper ticket that I booked cost XXXX. They left after lying that the time was up. When I called the person for pickup, they asked me to come to the metro station, but by the time I reached the metro station, they had already left. The reason they were giving was that you booked after the time had already run out, and if you were not going to make a booking, you should have closed it, right. Who was responsible for XXXX. Please wait for five minutes, there was nothing we could do on our end, as you booked only after the time had already run out. Why did you keep it on after the time had run out, were you trying to make a booking. When I said, "Fine, I will provide feedback," the person on the other end of the line replied, "Do whatever you want." The two of them hung up whenever I tried to call. Fake and drama travels.

No punctuality. The bus comes to the boarding point before the arrival time and they have not informed me. Also, the bus left the boarding point without informing me. They didn't even call or inform me about this. Worst ever bus behaviour of the driver, also worst he simply says ask your booking partner for refund, he is telling. Then what's the purpose of booking bus?

Dinner break for this trip was around 11pm. How are we supposed to eat at 11 pm? It's too pathetic.

The AC is not working properly in the pushback seater. The airflow is not reaching all the seats properly.

Very bad experience. The service was extremely poor. The scheduled arrival time at Srikakulam was 8:15 AM, but the arrived at 11:00 AM, causing a delay of nearly 3 hours. The dropping point was mentioned as Srikakulam Bus Stand, but the did not enter Srikakulam town as promised. During the journey, the stopped multiple times to pick up unknown passengers, which caused further delays. Because of these unnecessary stops, the took longer than expected to reach the destination.
