Very bad and dirty bus. I suggest no one book this bus. Staff also have a rude speaking tone. Not good.

Bus has cancelled, we were forced to search alternate. And our amount also not returned.

Bad experience with this travel.

2.5 hours late, live tracking not working.

It's very pathetic situation that the agent or the bus staff has no commitment towards the travelers. Today the bus has cancelled it's trip towards Jodhpur. Even it was not informed to me and I was waited at the boarding point for 1 and a half hour and the drivers phone was switched off. The agent told that it had to be arrived. Later after a long time I contacted then they inform that the trip was cancelled. It's ruined all my plans and spent more money to reach the destination after hours of long wait. Don't ever trust these service providers and they had only only their own rules not considering the time or emotions of the travelers.

I had to change the bus because the driver said ac is not working so change the bus, then I paid extra for another bus which was not even registered with you In short i had to did a separate bus and had to pay extra. Please I want a complete refund of my money as the bus driver left me in the middle of the road in Jaipur.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by bus operator during my journey from Bea war to Jaipur on xx/xx/xxxx at 8:29 AM. I had booked an AC seater bus and paid for the service expecting a comfortable journey. However, the bus operator switched off the AC during the journey, making the travel extremely uncomfortable. Due to the heat and lack of proper ventilation, I started feeling unwell, and my health deteriorated during the trip. This is completely unacceptable. When passengers pay for an AC bus, they expect the AC to remain operational throughout the journey. The bus operator failed to provide the service I paid for, causing me significant discomfort and health problems. I request a refund or appropriate compensation for this poor and unsatisfactory service. I also request that this complaint be investigated and strict action be taken against the operator to prevent other passengers from facing the same situation. I paid for an AC seater service but did not receive the service as promised. I hope the concerned team will take my complaint seriously and resolve this matter fairly. Thank you.

Cancelled the train in the last minute. I'm yet to receive a refund.

I'm not on board this bus. The bus operator called me today at 7 am. He said there were some issues with the bus, so it was not available for that day. I have already raised a query on Make My Trip. Now, I'm on my other bus.

They cancel the tickets at the last minutes and no refund.
