This was one of the worst bus journeys I have ever experienced. The bus was extremely overcrowded and uncomfortable. Passengers without tickets were made to sit in the middle passage used for boarding and getting off, leaving hardly any space to move. Large parcels and other luggage were also kept in the passage, making the situation even worse. Despite being a sleeper bus, there was not even a single pillow or blanket provided, which is unacceptable for an AC bus. The service was also very poor. The staff would announce stops only once and then remain silent, making it difficult for sleeping passengers to hear them. There was excessive noise throughout the journey, and the bus shook violently while travelling. Overall, the bus was poorly maintained, overcrowded, and extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone. A very disappointing experience.

On last moment you are not providing bus number. After argument with bus operators which you are provided, he gave another operator's number of second bus. You people update the correct bus number with correct bus operators because many owners have multiple buses on the same route. It was very panic for me in the last hour. I decided not to opt for online bus ticket further.

This bus service is very pathetic. A lady passenger suffered due to not boarding inside the bus stand at Bhubaneswar. Please rectify it. The bus conductor did not answer phone calls.

Look I had booked an online ticket one day in advance and got the confirmed ticket as well. But after a few miles on the way to Phulbani, the conductor came to me and said this seat is not yours. I was surprised how this was possible and some unnecessary arguments happened. It felt like they harassed me. Please take necessary action against the operator.

The bus operator closed the AC telling us that there were low passengers, even though it showed that tickets were fully sold, and also dropped me at another location which caused great inconvenience to me.
