Bus is late. Also, the bus curtains were open automatically, and the bus is not clean properly. There is so much mess. Very disappointing.

The AC of the head side was not turning off. The white and blue lights were not turning on after the bus took off.

The emergency door at the top kept flapping and the noise was unbearable. I complained to the staff. They said they would fix it at the stop, but they did not. The noise ruined my entire trip.

Dirty blanket and charger port was not working. Also, I had complained but no action has been taken.

The only good thing about the bus was punctuality. Rest everything was so bad. AC hardly working, people had opened windows for ventilation. The beds and blanket were dirty and stinking. Driving was rash. And the rest stop hygiene was so bad, cannot be described in words.
