My request and suggestion is to make a policy that during 10 pm to 06 am passengers must use headphones for watching reels, serials, songs on mobile. Please insist all operators to follow this.

Travels was 1.5 hours late at the beginning. The driver asked us to reach an hour before the travel time, saying he would reach early and leave Pune immediately. His behaviour was rude towards women and kids. Bedsheets were dirty and smelling unpleasant. The AC was not working, so we had to open windows to breathe.
