Bus didn't come on time. After making several calls, bus driver pickup the call after 1 hour and denied to come to the boarding point. driver said that bus is cancelled but i didn't not get any information. terrible experience.

Firstly the bus was 1.5hrs late. Secondly, the bus which came was totally different from what it looked on the website. Thirdly, my seat was damaged and even after telling them multiple times they did not change the seat or do anything. Horrible experience.

The company had informed us that the bus would depart at 8 pm instead of 9 pm, supposedly due to traffic, but it did not actually leave until 9:10 pm. Furthermore, the bus was delayed by another 10 minutes waiting for a group whose members had not arrived yet. When they still failed to show up, the bus even changed its route to pick them up. As a result, the bus arrived in Siliguri an hour late. Extremely poor management.
