Bus staff was rude and very uncooperative.

I had a very disappointing experience on this journey. The seats were smelly, the blanket provided was dirty, and water was dripping from the AC vents throughout the trip. The windows were covered in dust, and the overall cleanliness of the bus was poor. Because of these issues, I couldn't sleep comfortably during the journey. I hope the bus is cleaned and properly maintained before future trips to improve the passenger experience.

Worst experience ever. Leaking rainwater from AC and sound, strong odor, and no cleaning.

The bus is very poor considering the ticket price; the AC runs very slowly, and the ride is extremely bumpy. I couldn't get a good sleep, and the blanket smelled bad. Overall, it is not a good bus.
