The overall bus service was extremely disappointing. The bus was running very slowly and arrived much later than the scheduled time. One passenger was smoking a bidi inside the bus, and even after complaints, no strict action was taken, and he continued smoking. Moreover, the driver and conductor were randomly allowing extra passengers to board in exchange for additional money. The bus became overcrowded, and some passengers were forced to sleep on the floor. The staff showed a lack of responsibility and proper management. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience and request the bus operator to take strict action and improve its services.
