There was no way to track the bus. The operator didn't pick up. I waited at the designated pick up spot for up to an hour and had to rush to the railway station as I had a flight from Delhi. The customer service is denying me the refund even though I did not miss the deadline and it is completely the operator's fault. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this and go with literally any other travel option.

Nobody contacted me, neither the bus operator nor the bus driver. The most horrible thing is that when I arrived at the boarding point station, I waited for more than the time mentioned, but the bus did not arrive at the location.
