Nothing to tell, bus was supposed to come by 9:00 pm. The operator informed they would start half an hour early and I reached my boarding point around 45 minutes before my actual boarding time because of that. I had to skip my dinner and the bus arrived at 9:00 pm. There was no dinner break and I am still inside the bus. I was supposed to reach my destination by 8:30 am, now I will reach by 11:30 am.

Blankets were not clean. It was unpleasant. Also, the staff behaviour was not nice. I was not feeling well, and they were being rude.

Staff and driving all are fine but charging points are not working. One more suggestion, the resting spot is fine but there are no western toilets as I have difficulty bending my knee due to knee surgery. It was very difficult for me at that time, so kindly consider.

bus is running late. if we gently ask with the helper wich time till this reach. that guy dont even gave any shit. വന്നാൽ പറയാം വന്നു എന്ന് പിടിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് വരാൻ പറ്റില്ലലോ. similarly behaving like movie thugs. these type of people are spoiling the reputation of the bus

Very bad experience with the bus. The charging port was not working, the AC was not working, and they didn’t even provide water to the passengers. Overall, it was a very disappointing service.

There were no proper restroom stops. Started at 8:50 from Bengaluru and the restroom stop was at 4:45 pm, almost 8 hours without any stop.
