The bus was running late. Not sure of the issue. Both trips were late. Staff was polite and bus was clean. Arrived in time.

One of the worst rest stops ever experienced, not at all clean and tidy. All the ladies were furious about their hygiene and only used it out of necessity. The timing of the rest stop was also odd when other travellers were requesting them to stop prior in good places but they didn't. Pathetic experience to say the least.

Suggestion: It would be good if one more rest stop is added 30 min before the destination, like an emergency washroom break.

Doesn't reach on the time displayed on ticket. Being late by more than 2 hours is never an appreciable thing.
