Bus stop was skipped by staff since they spent more time searching for passengers. Even after requesting a stop for the washroom, they ignored it and finally stopped at a petrol pump where there were insufficient facilities. It's a behaviour aspect.

Very rude and arrogant staff. Sudden change in route, asking to board at different stop. Not following timings, coming and leaving before time by 30 minutes.
